The Remedy of Music

What is the remedy of Music? Does music as such exist everywhere? Can music be used as a therapy and how is it done? These are the general questions running in one’s mind. Let’s see what is it and how it can benefit us in return.

The Remedy of Music is also known as Music Therapy which are mainly sounds that have vibrations and a certain amount of impact. Obviously it also means that Music is been used to carry out the therapy. It is not painful and there is nothing to fear for this remedy. Anyone can use it for various purposes. It is considered as a spiritual practice. In real life, most of us are practicing this but we are unaware of it. According to some studies done in the US, it was found that the breast cancer patients cured much quicker after using this method. Besides, even the mentally and physically challenged children were encouraged to use this remedy to heal.

There are varieties of music out there but it is individualistic. Every one of us has our own selections of songs and music. Some people might like the sound of waterfalls, ocean waves, rain, crickets, jungles, mountains, etc. These are all natural music out in the environment. Each of this music has some vibration to cure negative auras and that current is called divine power. Even mantras are counted as one of the vital elements in this remedy. The mantra “OM” is a universal prayer. It emerges the mind and soul together and it definitely has special sensations. This is a new discovery for the Western world but not for the Hindu’s, Buddhist’s and Native Indians.

The Remedy of Music is basically manipulating one’s mind. It helps one to relax his or her mind and the calmness is what will absorb the positive thoughts. When a mind is composed, the positive thinking which draws closer in the form of divine power will spread easily and equally to each part of the body. By doing this in a regular basis, the focused and affected areas will cure more rapidly and remove all the negative spots in a shorter period of time.

It can be practiced like meditation because it provides a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. One can feel happier and more cheerful after the remedy. This therapy helps to reduce mentally and physically stress, creates internal calmness, increase inner joy, cultivates healthy cells and the divine power would develop in depth if it’s been practiced in a regular basis. In addition to that, this therapy will be even more beautiful when it is practiced in a circle of group.

It is believed that this therapy can be used to increase one’s mind power, sustains memory, creates a studying or working environment etc. Anything can be done using this therapy. So in short, it is an all rounded remedy. In conclusion, this remedy is part of our lives. We’ve been practicing it for years but never knew the proper methodology in order to bring more benefits for ourselves. Now since we are aware of the existence of such healing powers, we must try practicing it and we will find out if it works for us too. So let’s try it together….!
